If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you are more then 15 minutes late, you may lose your appointment.
All treatments require a 50€ deposit.
Once we set your appointment date, you will have 24H to pay a deposit via Bank, Paypal or Revolut.
If you will not pay a deposit, your appointment will be removed from our system.
Your appointment will be secured in our sistem only after a deposit is paid.
Deposits are not refundable.
If you fail to reschedule/cancel your appointment for 48H prior to your treatment, you will lose your deposit.
If you fail to show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
If you are taking any medication, please give us this information before to book your treatment.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
